Procedural rules
The International Arbitration Chamber of Paris has several procedure of arbitration, according to the kind of dispute (franchise, intellectual proprety, finance...).
Therefore, there are several rules of arbitration.
The main procedure is contained in the Arbitration Rules of the CAIP, in force since September 1st 2011.
Another procedure, called "Procedure PAR" is applied for all money claims inferior and equal to 45.000€.
