The Arbitration Chamber of Paris is in a position to provide arbitrators and apply arbitration rules in the following fields.

1/ The “Technical” field covers industrial disputes, but also computer technology, chemical or textile disputes, … etc, in which the litigious parties wish to have at their disposal arbitrators lists, whose expertise is renowned and who apply the Arbitration Chamber of Paris Rules (Examples of arbitration clause,  arbitration agreement).

2/ The “Accounting and Financial” field groups together arbitrators who are members of the Association de Conciliation, Médiation et Arbitrage Régionale des Experts-Comptables Franciliens (A.C.A.R.E.F.), that can be elected, in conformity with the CAP-ACAREF regulations, in the case of any dispute of a financial nature as, for instance, disputes over a liabilities warranty following a social right transfer. (Examples of arbitration clause, arbitration agreement ).

3/ The franchising field proposes a list of arbitrators including franchisees as well as franchisers or experts who apply the F.F.F. rules to solve any conflict relative to the execution of franchising contractual relationship (Examples of arbitration clause,   arbitration agreement ).

4/ The “Farm-produce Trade and Industry” field presents diversified
arbitrators
lists that incorporate the whole, national and international, trade of agricultural raw materials, of seeds, farm-produce products, transformation, …etc. Those arbitrators intervene applying the Rules of the Arbitration Chamber of Paris or the FIS or ASSINSEL rules or some other arbitration rules, specific to certain area (such as fruits and vegetables trade using for instance the COFREUROP or RUCIP Rules).(Examples of arbitration clause, exemples of arbitration agreement
)

5/ The “Juridical” field proposes a list of reputed arbitrators, who benefit from a large experience in every field requiring thorough legal and juridical knowledge. The arbitrators are designated by applying rules specified in the Arbitration Chamber of Paris Rules (Examples of arbitration clause, arbitration agreement), or the ENDR Rules (European Network for Dispute Resolution). (Examples of arbitration clause, arbitration agreement ).

If the arbitration field cannot be easily identified, or when there is no list of arbitrators for a specific field, the staff of the Arbitration Chamber of Paris can assist parties in finding competent arbitrators, who are independent.

The arbitration rules of the Arbitration Chamber of Paris also allow parties to designate arbitrators outside of the lists proposed by the Chamber. In this case, it is the responsibility of the parties to ensure the competence and independence of the arbitrators. This independence requirement is attested in writing by the arbitrator so designated.
