The Arbitration Chamber of Paris works in partnership with trade associations for which arbitration is a convenient way to resolve disputes.

These organisations want their members and more generally enterprises of their sector of activity to have the benefit of quick inexpensive and reliable methods of resolving disputes.

They might have their internal arbitration structure but wish to commit their activity to an institutional centre mastering the arbitration process.

These partners of the Arbitration Chamber of Paris want the disputes to be settled by arbitrators conversant with the trade and eager to act in the best interests of the enterprises. The voluntary service of the arbitrators of the Arbitration Chamber of Paris is an answer to this requirement.
