INTRODUCTION TO PUBLICATIONS
The Arbitration Chamber of Paris publishes a selection of
awards without naming the parties, which show the high
quality of the arbitrators' decisions. These decisions, however,
cannot be considered as jurisprudence, a term generally considered
as improper in arbitration procedures.
This publication includes judgements
delivered by the Paris Court of Appeals and the
Cour de Cassation, as well as a brief bibliography
on arbitration.
It also contains a glossary of articles from newspapers
or non-scientifical magazines, which have contributed to making
the arbitration process and the Arbitration Chamber of Paris known
to the general public.
