Costs
The opening fee is set at 3,000 euros (without tax), regardless of the amount in dispute.
The arbitration fees, comprising the administrative fees and the arbitrators’ fees, are calculated on the basis of the amount in dispute, which is determined following the guidelines provided in Annex 1 of the Arbitration Rules, thus ensuring full transparency and predictability.
Each party is responsible for advancing the arbitration fees corresponding only to its own claim or counterclaim, which allows for arbitration to take place even against an insolvent or uncooperative party.
The costs of the proceedings are fixed by the arbitral tribunal in the final award and may comprise any other fees and expenses incurred for the arbitration, such as those with experts and counsel.
The unsuccessful party fully bears the costs of the proceeding, unless otherwise decided by the arbitral tribunal.
